Three steps

Choose your exact device model, upload your photo, then check the preview before you confirm. The preview shows where the camera cut-out sits, so you can see what will be lost from the image.

Picture quality

Use the largest version of the image you have - a photo straight from your phone's camera roll is usually ideal. Screenshots, images saved from social media and pictures pulled from messaging apps are often too small and can look soft when printed.

Keep the important part central

The edges of a case wrap around the phone, so anything near the very edge of your photo may curve out of view. Keep faces and text away from the outer margin.

Returns on personalised items

Because each one is printed to order with your image, personalised cases can only be refunded or replaced if they arrive faulty or damaged. Ordinary cases are covered by our 30-day returns policy.
