Why the exact model matters

Cases are moulded for one model at a time. Two phones from the same year can differ in camera layout, button position or size, so an 'iPhone 15' case will not fit an iPhone 15 Pro. Checking the exact name first is the single best way to avoid a return.

On iPhone

Open Settings › General › About and look at the Model Name row. That is the name to match in our device selector - for example 'iPhone 15 Pro Max' rather than just 'iPhone 15'.

On Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and other Android phones

Open Settings › About phone (on Samsung it may be Settings › About phone › Model number). Match the full name, including any Ultra, Plus, Pro, FE or 5G suffix.

If you are still unsure

Use the device finder on any page - it walks you through device family, then exact model, then case type. If you would rather ask a person, send us the model number from the Settings screen and we will confirm which cases fit.
